One of the adopted "Charting Principles" of Saint Mark is that we emphasize outreach to others in the form of enhancement of the quality of life for those who are less fortunate.

Missions is a strong component of our annual budget, which includes numerous local outreach assistance agencies.

Our "Marvin's Kids" program assists over 100 children at Christmas.

Our annual Mission Fair raises funds that are disbursed throughout the year for local, national, and international relief and assistance programs.

We regularly help sponsor Saint Mark persons' participation in overseas and national service mission experiences.

We host one of the annual "Salkehatchie" camps sponsored by the South Carolina United Methodist Conference, plus many Saint Mark youth and adults attend other such camps around the state.  Click Here for details and photos.

We have been involved in hurricane repair assistance and relief. 

For persons with disabilities, along with their families, we host monthly support meetings and an annual "Special Friends" day camp.  Click Here for details and photos.
