Church Family Night Resumes
Wednesday, September 8
It's that time of year again when we look forward to our Wednesday family night activities. The evening begins with communion at 5:00 pm, followed by our delicious family night suppers at 5:30. Programs will follow our meals at 6:15. They will be as follows for the month of September:

Sept. 8 - Square Dancing - put on your dancing shoes and join us!

Sept. 15 - Paul Smith with the Red Cross - will discuss our role as a Red Cross emergency shelter and how to best prepare ourselves for this ministry

Sept. 22 - Dr. Mike Lucas - District Superintendent of the School District of Oconee County will discuss the challenges facing education
-
Sept. 29 - Dr. Cheryl Dye from Clemson University will discuss incorporating healthy lifestyles in all stages of life
Sonshine Club (preschool), CROSS Club for Kids (Grades 1 - 6) resumes, as well as PEP for Youth (grades 7 - 12) will also resume on September 8. Small group studies will begin in October.
Please get your reservations in. You can do it one of three ways. 1) You can fill out the orange cards found in the pew pockets as well as on the back table in Celebration Service. You can be added to the Master List or sign up one week at a time. 2) You can make your reservation online on our church website (scroll to the very bottom of that page) or 3) you can call the church office at 882-2603. The cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children age 10 and under and $15 maximum for famlies.
