LISTEN TO JOHN ORTBERG

If you have been reading John Ortberg's book, The Life You've Always Wanted, you may want to listen to a Podcast of John who just recently was a guest preacher at North Point Community Church in Atlanta.  The title of his message was "The Me I Want To Be."  If you would like to listen to John's message, go to this link and scroll to the third sermon series.  Thanks to Joni Gregg for this information.  Here is the link.

Kairos Cookies Needed

Kairos is such an important ministry!  Lives are changed.  Over the last couple of years, our participation has dropped off.  If you are not familiar with Kairos visit our Kairos page here. Churches that are much smaller than Saint Mark have provided 10 times more cookies than we have.  Let’s get back on track and provide Kairos with hundreds of cookies for the upcoming 3½ day weekend at McCormick.  Bring your cookies to the Church Office by no later than Tuesday, March 16. For cookie instructions, click here. Thanks for making a difference in the life of someone you don’t even know.

Do you have a gift for design/décor?  Would you be willing to use your gift to decorate and maintain our prayer room, located just off the Narthex?  We would like to change the room with the liturgical year and use it to emphasize other themes.  This can be done with color, symbols, etc.  If you would be interested in serving in this way, please contact Marla Fuller by replying to this email, or call her at the church office - 882-2603.
